Ashley Phelan

Ashley Phelan received her MS in Christian Counseling through Cairn University in 2007.  Since then, she has worked in the orphan and vulnerable child field, mainly through foster care and adoption agencies. At present, she consults and contracts in adoption and foster care both locally and nationally (currently through Christian Alliance for Orphans and City Without Orphans).  Beyond that, Ashley enjoys speaking and training and has been invited to share at both local, regional, and national conferences – mainly about the importance of trauma-informed care.  She is a TBRI Practitioner (Texas Christian University) and a trained “Making Sense of Your Worth” facilitator (Halo Project).  Ashley is passionate about connecting, equipping, and supporting the Church in the call of caring for kids.  She lives in Central California.
