Doug Fields is a teaching pastor at Mariner’s Church in Irvine, Calif., and the co-founder of DownloadYouthMinistry.com, a web-based resource library for youth pastors. He’s a popular speaker and author of more than 50 books, including Intentional Parenting: 10 Ways to Be an Exceptional Parent in a Quick-Fix World, co-authored with his wife, Cathy.
