Jeff Simmons is the Lead and Founding Pastor of Rolling Hills. Jeff graduated from Baylor University and Southwestern Seminary. He was a student pastor with middle school, high school, and college students for ten years in Texas and Tennessee before planting Rolling Hills 18 years ago. He also serves as the President of Justice & Mercy International. He and his wife, Lisa, and three girls, Grace, Mabry, and Kate.
