Mary Beth Lagerborg

Mary Beth Lagerborg is a personal historian, writing personal, family or organizational memoirs for her clients. She served as Director of Media for MOPS International and helped shape more than 70 books on mothering and parenting. Mary Beth herself as authored nine books including Turquoise SummerDwelling and In the Wee Hours. She and Mimi Williams are co-authors of the best-selling book Once-a-Month Cooking, and co-creators of the organization Once-a-Month Cooking, which offers resources to help families eat healthier and save time and money with meal planning. Mary Beth and her husband, Alex, reside in Colorado and have three married sons and five grandchildren.
