Robert Hamilton

Robert Hamilton, M.D., is a pediatrician with more than 35 years of experience in his field, and the owner of Pacific Ocean Pediatrics in Santa Monica, Calif., which he founded in 1996. He is also the founder of Lighthouse Medical Missions, through which he regularly leads medical missions teams to Africa and Central America. Dr. Hamilton is the creator of the “Hamilton Hold,” a method for soothing crying babies which has become widely known through an instructional YouTube video called “How to Calm a Crying Baby” which has over 35 million views. He and his wife, Leslie, have six children and nine grandchildren.
