Roger Ingolia is a managing supervisor of Focus on the Family’s custodial staff while his wife, Diane, manages the ministry’s Guest Relations Department. The Ingolias met at a bible study in college and have been married for 37 years. For 35 of those years, they have worked together as pre-marital, marriage and parenting coaches. The couple has two grown children and four grandchildren.
