Steve Poissant

Steve Poissant serves as the Executive Director for Every Child, a faith based foster care/adoption ministry in Western NY. Steve obtained his TCIF Trainer certification through Cornell University and the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research. Steve has helped recruit and train close to 1,000 new foster/adoptive families over the course of 15 years. He and his wife Laura have been married for 20 years, and have 5 incredible children, all of whom came to them through adoption. Together they continue to work towards system reform in their state and advocate for all people whose lives have been changed through foster care and adoption.
